  • Mudguards and a rear rack

Where to ride

We’ll tell you on the day whether the canal path is dry enough. If it isn’t, we’ll point you to a route that’s sealed all the way.

  • The Two Tunnels

A traffic-free loop with views over Bath’s Georgian skyline, through the longest lit cycle tunnel in the UK.

  • Bristol and Bath Railway Path

The original traffic-free railway path, through open countryside all the way to the centre of Bristol.

  • The Colliers Way

A little more adventurous: through a secluded valley and a Cotswold stone village, and past Jack and Jill hill.

How hire works

  1. Book a day ahead

Book online at least the day before. We can’t check availability by phone on the day, so it’s worth booking early.

  2. Collect

Come in between 10am to 2:30pm. Bring a physical bank card for the £50 deposit and tell us your plans for directions.

  3. Ride

Whenever you lock up, take a photo showing the lock through the frame and the stand.

  4. Return

Come back in shop hours, or lock the bike to the stands outside and email us a photo straight away.

Good to know

Sizes
Tell us each rider’s height when you book. Our large frames fit a medium-sized adult comfortably.
Changing or cancelling
Up to seven days before, you can move your booking to another day (subject to availability) or cancel for a 50% refund. After that we can’t refund.
Extending
Call and email us in shop hours to check availability. If you keep a bike without telling us, we’ll charge at least one extra day from the deposit.
Mud
There’s a £30 cleaning charge for bikes that come back muddy.
Damage
Tell us about any fall or damage, however small. The deposit covers things like broken pedals or lights and bent wheels or handlebars. Small scuffs are fine.

Book hire
